AI clusters multiply the fiber in a data hall. One Optics supplies the passive plant they plug into, from the cabinet where the OSP cable lands to the jumper at the node, so the plant grows by adding modules, not re-cabling.

Our rack and wall mount enclosures share one HD module footprint, so LC and SC plates, MTP plates and MPO pass-through cassettes mix in one panel and change as optics change; OOFC splice cassettes fit the HD1U, the HD3U family and HD Slim, and the OOFC-24 also fits the wall mounts. One Optics supplies passive connectivity only: transceivers, switches, servers and DAC/AOC cables are supplied by others. Made in USA applies to our enclosures: HD1U, HD3U (including HD6U and HD9U stacks), HD3US, WMHD2X, WMHD6X and the Fiber Entrance Cabinet (FEC-6912). Build America, Buy America (BABA) compliant, self-certified; compliance letter available on request (excludes fiber jumpers, MPO jumpers, pigtails and Cat 6 copper).

The FEC-6912 accepts your armored or dielectric 6,912F OSP entry cable (customer supplied), top or bottom entry, and splices it on 24 trays to 24 x 288F or 48 x 144F plenum cables, cut to length by One Optics.

Run factory-terminated MPO trunks between rows and land them on HD3U panels: up to 432 LC in 3U with splice cassettes, 1,296 LC in an HD9U stack. NT ribbon builds splice remotely in an HD3US: six HD3U-NT over one HD3US give 1,728 LC, also orderable as one part number, HD21U-R-LC-1728.

The HD1U and the shallow HD Slim 1U take HD adaptor plates (LC, SC, MTP, Cat 6), MPO pass-through cassettes and OOFC splice cassettes. Four MPC-24-LC cassettes give 96 LC ports from eight MTP legs in one rack unit.
